Wagner was named President and CEO of West Timmins Mining Inc. following Sydney Resource Corporation’s merger with Band-Ore Resources Ltd. in September of 2006. Mr. Wagner served as President/Director of Sydney Resource Corporation prior to the merger. From 2000-2005 Mr. Wagner was Exploration Manager for Platinum Group Metals Ltd and predecessor New Millennium Metals Corp. Mr. Wagner is a professional geologist with over 20 years of exploration and development experience including over 10 years spent with the exploration departments of two of Canada ' s largest mining companies: Cominco (now Teckcominco) and Noranda (now Xstrata).
