Ms. Becker has over 25 years of financial and investment experience. She joined Prospect in 1998 and oversees the firm's operations and finances. She handles Investor Relations for Prospect Energy Corporation and is involved with the operations and compliance of Prospect Capital Management and Prospect Administration. In addition, Ms. Becker manages the administration for certain portfolio companies, working with their management and investors.
From 1985 to 1998, Ms. Becker managed a family office which specialized in hedge fund and alternative investments. From 1986 to 1992, she also managed a real estate partnership. Ms. Becker began her professional career in 1978 at Citibank NA. From 1978 to 1985, she was an officer at Citibank NA, focusing on lending and new business development. She also held senior positions in marketing at Citibank. Ms. Becker is the spouse of Mr. Barry. Ms. Becker graduated from Wellesley College Phi Beta Kappa and Durant Scholar summa cum laude. She also attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
