Angeloff, 69, has served as one of our directors since we were formed and served as a director of AremisSoft from April 1999 through August 2002. He is the founder and president of The Angeloff Company, a corporate financial advisory firm, a position he has held since 1976. He also currently serves as a director of Public Storage, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed company, Nicholas/Applegate Growth Equity Fund, Bjurman Barry Funds, Ready Pac Foods and various private companies. He is currently chairman and past president of the Southern California Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Angeloff is a former trustee of the University of Southern California and is chairman of the board of Marshall Associates, an affiliate of the University’s Marshall School of Business. He received his business and MBA degrees from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. |
