Daničle Jean-Pierre joined American Capital in 2006 as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining American Capital, Ms. Jean-Pierre practiced in the banking group of Latham & Watkins LLP in Washington, DC, New York, NY and Paris, France where her practice focused on the arrangement and syndication of secured credit facilities and general corporate matters.
Ms. Jean-Pierre received her J.D. from Harvard Law School where she was the recipient of the Reginald F. Lewis Scholarship. She received her M.A. in International Policy Studies from Stanford University and her B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University. Ms. Jean-Pierre is a member of the New York and District of Columbia Bars.
