Daniel Wheeler is Senior Counsel in the Bank and Finance Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office. Dan advises financial institutions on lending, operations and general corporate issues including bank securities offerings, bank shareholder disputes, corporate government issues, and recruitment and termination of bank executives. Dan also advises a number of entertainment companies and assists them in negotiations with partners, investors, distributors and other parties.
Dan writes and speaks on banking-related topics, including seminars offered to his financial institution clients.
Dan earned his J.D. at New York University School of Law in 1997 and his B.A. at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1993.
