Daniel Raynor, age 47, has been a director since February 1998. Mr. Raynor is a managing general partner of The Argentum Group, a private equity firm, a position he has held since 1987. Mr. Raynor is a director of COMFORCE Corporation and ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., both publicly-traded companies. In addition, Mr. Raynor is also a director of several privately held companies. He received a B.S. degree in economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |
