Daniel S. Jonas joined the Company as General Counsel in August 1998 and in addition became the Vice President-Legal Affairs in March 1999. In September 1999, Mr. Jonas assumed responsibility for certain of the Company's Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. In March 2003, Mr. Jonas also became responsible for the administration of the Company's ethics policy. Prior to his employment with the Company he was a partner with the law firm of Harter, Secrest & Emery, LLP. Mr. Jonas holds an A.B. degree from Brown University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. |
