Mr. Struck has been with the firm since 1987 and a partner since 1996. He practices in the areas of civil rights litigation, corrections/prisoner rights defense, employment law, governmental liability and premises liability. Mr. Struck has been a speaker at National College of District Attorneys seminars and is a member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, American Correctional Association and the Defense Research Institute. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, the U.S. District Court, Districts of Arizona, Colorado and Columbia, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Struck received his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law in 1988.
