Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron Dan was an Associate Director in Navigant Consulting Inc.'s Discovery Services practice where he was part of a committee responsible for technology initiatives. He worked closely with their investigation teams while directing a range of internal and SEC related electronic discovery engagements. Previously Dan worked for Tallán Inc. where he was a member of a management team that provided strategic internal direction in conjunction with administration of client engagements.
Dan has spent the majority of his career designing and developing strategic enterprise applications for leading financial and retail institutions. He has strong data modeling analysis project management skills and extensive experience within the professional services domain.

Directed multiple large scale electronic discovery engagements in response to SEC and FTC investigations. Advised counsel on topics including preservation collection technology and workflow for processing terabytes of data in preparation for document review.
Designed and implemented a custom database to support a number of equity compensation investigations. Processed transactional data from electronic trade management and enterprise resource planning systems to identify potentially incorrect accounting conditions.
