Appointed Senior Vice President of Development in March 2006 Daniel M. Herman oversees Developers Diversified’s wholly owned development projects in the eastern region plus the company’s redevelopment and expansion of existing assets. Before joining Developers Diversified in 2003 as Director of Development for the Eastern Region he served in senior development roles with the Hemisphere Corporation Visconsi Companies and Hausman Companies.
A graduate of Ohio State University Mr Herman received his degree in Real Estate Finance. He has held several state and regional leadership positions with ICSC where he remains an active member. He has also served as President of the Northern Ohio Chapter of the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives and as a member of the Task Force of the State Comprehensive Wetlands Strategy in Ohio.
