Chairman of the Board; Director since 2001. Mr. Goodwin is a founding and controlling stockholder, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of The Inland Group, Inc. Mr. Goodwin also serves as a director or officer of entities wholly owned or controlled by The Inland Group and is the chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Inland Bancorp Holding Company. He also serves on the board of directors of the Illinois State Affordable Housing Trust Fund, the American National Bank of DuPage and the New Directions Housing Corporation and is chairman of the board of trustees of Northeastern Illinois University. Mr. Goodwin is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors. |
