Daniel J. O’Donnell has served as Secretary of the Company since April 2002 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the Bank since August 2005. He served as First Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Bank from January 2003 to July 2005. He served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Bank from January 2001 to December 2002. Prior to joining the Bank in 2001, Mr. O’Donnell was a Partner at the law firm of Destribats, Campbell, DeSantis, Magee and O’Donnell from October 1994 to December 2000. |
