Daniel J. Collett is Vice President - Operations Finance. His primary focus is on Lydall’s Lean Six Sigma Program and on providing field controllers with strong business support. Previous to this position, he acted as the Vice President and Interim General Manager of the North American Automotive Operations, which has operations in Hamptonville, North Carolina, St. Johnsbury, Vermont, and Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Collett, who has been with Lydall since 2000, joined the company as Director of Finance for the former Lydall Westex. He was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2001 and in 2004 he took the position of Vice President/Interim General Manager. He was also with Lydall as part of the former Composite Materials Division as a Division Controller and Product Manager from 1989 to 1997.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Major from the University of Rhode Island. He passed the Certified Public Accounting examination in 1985 and became a licensed CPA in the State of Connecticut in 1988. |
