Daniel E. Fisher Dan is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group, and is the Mergers and Acquisitions Team Co-Chair. The principal focus of Dan's practice is business and finance transactions. His transactions experience is broad-based throughout many industries, but with particular emphasis in the healthcare, health insurance, restaurant, and energy and natural resources industries. Dan has experience in structuring, negotiating and closing complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganization transactions for publicly-held and privately-owned businesses. He also has experience in financing and capital formation strategies for businesses, including venture capital and private equity offerings, commercial loan transactions, and government-backed financing strategies for nursing, assisted living and other healthcare facilities. Dan's practice also includes the representation of existing and start-up businesses in general corporate and commercial matters.
