Mr. Herde is a retired banker with over 34 years of banking experience. He served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of San Diego Trust and Savings Bank where he was employed for 26 years. He also served as a Director for First Interstate Bank and Peninsula Bank of San Diego. Mr. Herde is a past President of the California Bankers Association and served as Chairman of the Board at Pacific Coast Banking School.
An active member of the San Diego Rotary Club, Mr. Herde was also on the Board of Governors of the San Diego Community Foundation, Chairman of the United Way Endowment Committee and served as Chairman of the San Diego Chamber of Commerce Economic Research Bureau.
Mr. Herde graduated with a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Northridge and is also a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. |
