Mr. O’Keefe has served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Ocwen since November 2006. Prior to joining Ocwen, Mr. O’Keefe held the position of Vice President, Business Management at RBS Lynk from February 2005 to October 2006. Mr. O’Keefe worked for Beazer Homes USA, Inc. as Assistant Controller, External Reporting from November 2002 to February 2005. Mr. O’Keefe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters of Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University. Mr. O’Keefe has resigned as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer effective as of April 4, 2008. |
