Daniel Glickstein is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the legal department and work performed by outside counsel for the Company. This encompasses acquisitions and development of projects; registration of vacation ownership and vacation club product; litigation monitoring; negotiation and review of various leases and contracts; human resource involvement and counsel; working with the Chief Financial Officer on various lender transactions and ancillary issues; and partnering with all divisions of the Company to verify and implement legal compliance, etc. Mr. Glickstein is active in ARDA legislation efforts and serves on its General Counsel Committee. He received a BA Degree in English from Loyola University and a JD Degree from The John Marshall Law School. Mr. Glickstein passed the Bar of Illinois in 1977, and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois the same year. |
