Dan, who joined Frandsen Corporation in 2005, works closely with Frandsen’s manufacturing companies, providing guidance, planning support and corporate oversight. In Frandsen’s long-term plan, Dan is in line to become the President and COO of Frandsen Corporation. Prior to joining Frandsen, Dan served for six years as CEO of MINNCOR Industries, the manufacturing arm of the Minnesota Department of Corrections. He led the successful conversion of the corrections work program into a profitable service and product manufacturing firm, incorporating contemporary business solutions into the organization and building annual sales to nearly $40 million. He also served as warden at the Minnesota Correctional Facility at Stillwater, working in the Department of Corrections for a total of 17 years. He earned a B.A. in Marketing and Business Management from Concordia University. |
