Dan Bodner is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of our company. Mr. Bodner has served as our President and/or Chief Executive Officer and director since the founding of the company. Mr. Bodner has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Comverse Government Systems Corp., a former affiliate of ours. Previously, Mr. Bodner held various management positions at Comverse Technology. Prior to joining Comverse, Mr. Bodner was Director of Software Development for Contahal Ltd. Mr. Bodner holds a B.Sc., cum laude, in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and a M.Sc., cum laude, in Telecommunications and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. |
