Dan P. Murray, Chief Financial Officer, joined Cayenne Medical, after serving as the Corporate Controller for St. Francis Medical Technologies, Inc. With over twenty years of senior business management experience in a broad range of early stage and large corporate environments, Mr. Murray was instrumental in the $725M acquisition of St. Francis by Kyphon Inc. in January 2007 and the subsequent integration of the business operations. Prior to St. Francis, Mr. Murray held senior financial management positions with Azul Systems, Inc., an early stage enterprise server appliance company; Dell Inc, from 1993 to 2001, where he was part of the founding management team of Dell Online, the company's internet sales and service operation; Tandem Computers, Inc. and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Murray has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Jose State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. |
