Dale leads Chickering's national account management and business development teams as well as marketing and product development areas. Dale joined The Chickering Group in 1997 as a Senior Account Manager. He has led new business development and management of key accounts as Vice President of New Business since 2001. Prior to joining The Chickering Group, Dale worked as an Account Manager for Univera Healthcare, a managed care organization based in Western New York, where he focused on the development of student health and other custom self-funded and ASO product initiatives. Dale earned his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. |
