Dale Brockman joined ISO Poly Films in 2005 as President, bringing more than 33 years of industry experience, strategic leadership capabilities and effective operations skills. He spent 22 years at Crown Zellerbach and during its acquisition by James River Corporation, and served in a variety of leadership positions, including Plant Manager and Film Department Supervisor for this leading producer of flexible packaging for bakery products and co-extrusion film products for the cookie/cracker/cereal industry.
