Experience: Dale has over 25 years of experience working with closely owned businesses. During this time, he has advised business owners in the planning of their income tax and estate tax strategies both business and personal. He also acts as a strategic business advisor to these owners. As a result, Dale has developed expertise in numerous areas including the planning of sales and acquisitions of businesses, S corporation and LLC strategies, multi-state taxation and international transactions. He advises clients in gift and estate tax planning, as well. His industry specialties include distribution, manufacturing, and professional service firms. Also, Dale has worked extensively with promotion and advertising businesses, trucking companies and forest products companies.
