Dale and Anne’s oldest son, Dale M. Chorba Jr. joined the family business in 1989. He is a 1985 graduate of Heidelberg College where he received a Bachelors of Science degree majoring in Business Administration. He interned during the summer months of his college career at the family’s establishment where he built his foundation of growing the business in the years to come. Immediately after college, Mr. Chorba began a successful career in medical sales, where he established an extensive network of healthcare executives in Northeast Ohio. This would be the foundation for launching a healthcare/managed care department for Action Management Services in 1989. His developed client base included hospitals, HMO’s/PPO’s, long-term care facilities, physician practices as well as Fortune 500 publicly-held managed care insurance companies. His placement work covers mid-management to executive-level search including CEO, COO and CFO’s. A wide array of retained search work makes him qualified to help you and your business identify the best-qualified talent available. Dale is an active member in HFMA (HealthCare Financial Management Association) and SHRM (Society of Human Resource Managers) in Northeast Ohio. He currently is an officer of the firm and manages the office, which includes the manufacturing, retail, distribution, real estate, banking and insurance industries in addition to his healthcare clients.
