Ms. Holub has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of litigation including construction disputes, insurance coverage disputes, antitrust litigation, personal injury defense and suits involving secured lenders in collection and contractual disputes with borrowers. She has handled appeals in Texas appellate courts and in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Holub has been named a "Texas Rising Star" in surveys conducted by Texas Monthly magazine in 2005-2008. |
