Craig is Chief Financial Officer of Discrete Wireless, Inc. Prior to founding Discrete Wireless, Craig was a Board Member and Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets at Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange Member firm headquartered in Birmingham, AL. He had management responsibilities for the company’s Investment Banking, Equity Syndicate, Institutional Sales and Equity Research departments.
Prior to Craig's employment at Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc., he held Investment Banking positions at Capital Investment Partners, a private placement and financial advisory firm in Raleigh, NC, and Deutsche Bank Securities in New York City.
Prior to this, Craig was a Management Consultant with Boston-based Bain & Company and worked in their Milan, Italy office.
Craig received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and his Master of International Business Studies (MIBS) from the University of South Carolina. |
