Corey is a 12+ year public company executive with broad experience in strategic acquisitions, new business development, pioneering consumer products, corporate licensing and interactive technology services. He led the formation of the investor group Global Alerts, LLC, which acquired the assets www.Earth911.com, www.Beaches911.com, www.Pets911.com and www.AMBERAlert.com in June 2006. His primary role at Global Alerts LLC is spearheading and facilitating implementation of internal and external strategic relationships for the specific divisions. Corey previously served as a Director of Sales for Leveraged Marketing Associates, the worldwide leader in licensed brand extension strategies. He was instrumental in securing the primary investor for Saf-T-Hammer’s acquisition of Smith & Wesson from Tompkins PLC. After the acquisition he served as the Executive Vice President for Smith & Wesson Holding Corporation was responsible for S&W Licensing & Retail, S&W Advanced Technologies and S&W Interactive Marketing divisions. He was the former President of A For Effort, an interactive database marketing company specializing in online content (advergaming) for clients such as the National Hockey League. Prior experience also includes; Pre-IPO founder for Premium Cigars International and VP Sales/Marketing for ProductExpress.com. Lambrecht also has prior operational experience for a Scottsdale, Arizona residential and commercial development company. Corey currently serves on the board of Waytronx, Inc. focused on innovative thermal management solutions capable of revolutionizing the semiconductor, solar and electronic packaging industries. He was most recently accredited as a Certified Director by the Anderson School at UCLA. |
