Clarence P. Cazalot Jr. (Director since 2002) is President Chief Executive Officer and Director of Marathon Oil Corporation formerly known as USX Corporation (diversified petroleum) and a member of the Board of Managers of Marathon Ashland Petroleum LLC. He served as Vice Chairman of USX Corporation and Preemsident of Marathon Oil Company from 2000 to 2001. He is a director and executive committee member of both the U.S. Saudi Arabian Business Council and the American Petroleum Institute.
