Claire is a Managing Director in the Associate Practice Group in the London office of Major Lindsey & Africa. She has 6 years of experience placing lawyers in law firms and in-house roles. In addition to placing lawyers in London, Claire has expertise in assisting lawyers who are seeking to make an international move. She has a wealth of knowledge about offshore jurisdictions, including the Middle East, the Channel Islands, the Caribbean, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar and other global legal centres.
Claire obtained her BA (Hons) Law and Spanish degree from Sheffield University and subsequently completed the LPC at the College of Law, York. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 before beginning her recruitment career at a leading legal recruitment firm based in London. She then established and successfully developed the legal arm of a general recruiting agency before joining MLA.
