Ms. Harrison regularly advises clients regarding the day-to-day application of federal and state employment statutes and regulations, and represents clients in employment litigation cases, such as wrongful discharge, sexual harassment and discrimination. Ms. Harrison assists clients in the development and drafting of employment contracts and non-competition agreements. Ms. Harrison also counsels clients in union avoidance and in the development and application of employment policies. Ms. Harrison represents clients in both state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies such as the EEOC, MDCR and NLRB.
