Christopher Perkin joined Charles River Laboratories in October 2004 upon the completion of the merger with Inveresk Research Group where he served as Chief Operating Officer at CTBR Bio-Research Inc. a subsidiary of Inveresk. In December 2004 Mr. Perkin was named President Canadian Preclinical Services and in October 2005 Corporate Vice President. In June 2007 under Mr. Perkin’s direction Charles River established preclinical operations in China.
