Mr. Bulger has been our Chairman of the Board since October 14, 2005 and a director of the Company since May 28, 1996. Mr. Bulger is Chief Executive Officer and former Chairman of Megawheels Inc., a software and solutions provider to the online classified advertising industry, listed on the Canadian Venture Exchange. From December 1999 to December 2001, Mr. Bulger was President and Chief Executive Officer of eLab Technology Ventures Inc. Mr. Bulger served as Executive Vice President of our Company from September 1998 to December 1999 and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from April 1996 to September 1998. Mr. Bulger is a CFA and holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and an HBA from The Richard Ivey School of Business, Canada. |
