Chris Ladd is a shareholder and Principal in the Boston office. He has a proven track record of successful project management on a diverse group of projects including institutional, government, residential, retail, mixed-use, and office projects. Chris serves at the team leader ensuring proper staffing is allocated to each project, keeping the schedule on time and on budget. He maintains consistent communication with the client meeting their needs and developing relationships. He also supervises the overall process of quality assurance in each project he is responsible for. He is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), the American Institute of Architects, and the Boston Society of Architects. Chris holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Wentworth Institute of Technology (Honor Society), and an Associates degree in Architectural Engineering. |
