Christopher H. Paul is a corporate partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s New York office. He has been involved in many successfully closed mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures and joint ventures. He has extensive experience in sophisticated M&A transactions.
Chris has represented and advised leading U.S. and multinational corporations in their mergers and acquisitions transactions, including many transactions involving business operations outside of the United States. He has advised clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, pulp and paper, specialty chemicals, automotive parts and consumer products, among others.
While in law school, Chris served as articles editor for The Connecticut Journal of International Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
