Mr. Reiss is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Group. Mr. Reiss's practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters, where he represents private and public companies in mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions. He also counsels clients with respect to seed and early-stage private securities transactions. Mr. Reiss has represented numerous companies in the healthcare, transportation and manufacturing industries. Recent representative transactions include counseling on acquisitions in the health care, gaming, transportation and manufacturing industries.
