Ms. Shirtcliff oversees on-site planning, organization, and operations of Mary Lane Hospital. She serves on the Baystate Health Operations Team.
She was born at what is now Baystate Franklin Medical Center. She has worked in the healthcare field since 1974. Began her career as a VISTA volunteer in Fulton County, Georgia, three years in home health in Frankin County. Started at BMLH in 1977 and took on her current role in 1994. She is a former licensed social worker and nursing home administrator.
Ms. Shirtcliff earned her B.S. in Public Health and M.B.A from UMASS, M.Ed from Antioch University. |
