Christine Miller is the Vice-Chair of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and a member in the St. Louis, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.
Chris's areas of practice include product liability, employment litigation, and commercial litigation. In addition to trial work, she helps many clients with dispute resolution alternatives such as arbitration and mediation.
Product Liability and Personal Injury. Chris handles cases alleging personal injury due to negligence, or strict liability, with particular emphasis in the area of product liability defense. She has tried dozens of such cases at the trial level and obtained dozens of defense verdicts. Chris has also handled toxic tort cases.
Employment Litigation. Chris regularly works with employment cases at the trial level including sexual harassment cases and age, race, gender and religious discrimination cases. In 2000, Chris received a defense verdict in a discrimination case that was selected as one of the National Law Journal's "Top Ten Defense Verdicts for 2000." She also handles cases to enforce non-compete agreements and to prevent the dissemination of trade secrets by former employees. These cases often require seeking injunctive relief in the form of temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.
Commercial Litigation. Chris's experience includes breach of contract, partnership disputes, fraud, and securities fraud claims.
