Chris Tong was elected a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company on January 1, 2005. Prior to January 1, 2005, he had served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Magnum Hunter Resources, Inc. since August 1997. Prior thereto, he was Senior Vice President of Finance of Tejas Acadian Holding Company and its subsidiaries including Tejas Gas Corp., Acadian Gas Corporation and Transok, Inc., all of which were wholly-owned subsidiaries of Tejas Gas Corporation. Mr. Tong held these positions since August 1996, and served in other treasury positions with Tejas beginning August 1989. From 1980 to 1989, Mr. Tong served in various energy lending capacities with several commercial banking institutions. Prior to his banking career, Mr. Tong served over a year with Superior Oil Company as a Reservoir Engineering Assistant. |
