Chris is currently is a sole practitioner and specializes in startup companies and corporate transactions. He is currently the vice president and general counsel of a number of small companies and sits on a number of boards. Before retiring from the telephone company, he was the General Counsel, Vice President-Law and Regulatory and Secretary for Southwestern Bell Communications (SBC) Services, Inc., the long distance subsidiary of SBC. Prior to that he was the General Counsel, Vice President and Secretary for Pacific Bell Network Integration, the data equipment and networking subsidiary of the Pacific Telesis Group (PTG). He has practiced law for 30 years and is a member of the California bar. He has a juris doctorate with honors from Santa Clara University Law School and a bachelor of arts in political science from Stanford University. |
