Chris Bargowski Managing Partner Mr. Bargowski has recently been named Managing Partner of Mohr’s Chicago office. He was named Managing Director in March 2005 when he joined the firm. During Chris’ extensive career in real estate, he has worked with numerous clients, ranging from local independent business owners to Fortune 100 corporations on their space needs throughout the entire Chicago metropolitan area and across the United States. Chris had a successful, diverse business background before focusing on commercial real estate. Early in his career, Chris worked in the technology industry and later founded a successful retail restaurant chain. Some of the firms with which Chris has worked include: · Apria Healthcare · American Health Products · Banco Popular · Budget Rent-a-Car · Chevron/Texaco · Fujitsu · Lennar Homes · Mazda · Nationwide Exchange Services · National Qualitative Centers · U.S. Cellular · Universal Music Prior to focusing solely on tenant representation and investment acquisitions, Chris represented Landlords of office properties throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. He was successful in representing large institutional landlords with projects ranging from build-to-suits, speculative office leasing to leasing million square foot office buildings. His previous experience has given Chris great insight as to how landlords think and enables him to create a competitive advantage for his clients when negotiating with landlords. Chris graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Materials and Logistics Management, with an emphasis in negotiations, purchasing and operations. He resides in Chicago with his wife Carrie and their daughter, Caden, and sons Kyle and Jake. |
