As Executive Vice President of Operations, Charlie Turner brings more than 28 years of Outdoor experience to this important position. He has been part of outdoor operations from the ground up, having entered the industry as an operations employee for Foster & Kleiser in 1979. He also has served for over 17 years as an operations manager, the bulk of that time in Chicago with Patrick/Eller/Clear Channel. After filling the role of Operations Manager for Chicago Charlie was promoted to Divisional President for the Washington/Baltimore Metroplex market where he spent 4 years helping that division become one of the premiere outdoor markets. |
