Charles Moore is a founding member of our Singapore office which opened in 1997. He joined Heidrick and Struggles in our London office in 1994. Charles works in the industrial and life sciences industries practices representing multinational and local companies across the Asia Pacific Region. Charles has managed in excess of 300 search assignments during his search career.
During his twelve years at Heidrick & Struggles Charles has held a number of important internal roles. He sat on our Global Leadership Team in a rotational role, responsible for all the firms 'Quality', from 2003-2005. In 2002 Charles was awarded the prestigious Partnership Spirit Award for Asia Pacific.
Prior to moving to Singapore, Charles was based in the Heidrick & Struggles London office for four years. Here he worked with the Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles International on top tier CXO and NXD positions. He was a founding member of our European Industrial Practice in 1994.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles Charles was the Managing Consultant for a division of one of the Europe's leading executive search and consulting firms for almost four years. His consulting experience here included projects in reward and remuneration, career management and coaching. He is a qualified psychometric assessor and regularly advises clients on issues around succession planning, benchmarking and career management. His career has also included general management, sales and marketing roles in the publishing world.
Education
A graduate of Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, his five years commissioned service was focused around training, assessment and leadership development. He led peacekeeping troops with the United Nations.
