Chuck Porter has been employed by the Company in various capacities since 1989. He was named to his current position of Vice President, CFO and Treasurer in 2007. He formerly served as Vice President of Finance for Energen Resources. Prior to joining Energen Resources Corporation, he worked with Arthur Andersen & Company in Birmingham. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the AICPA. Chuck is a graduate of Auburn University. |
