Chuck Graceffa, an associate in the firm’s Business and Tax Group, has a general corporate and securities law practice concentrated in the areas of private equity, emerging company representation, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance. His most recent experience includes the representation of a large privately-owned corporation in an acquisition involving a Fortune 500 Company, the representation of a publicly traded company in the negotiation of convertible debenture financing, the representation of a closely held family business in the sale of its assets, and the representation of an emerging company in a venture capital financing. Chuck also has experience in commercial real estate transactions. Before joining Pierce Atwood in 2004, Chuck was an associate with Goodwin Procter LLP, a Boston-based law firm with over 800 attorneys. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Chuck played professional hockey in Copenhagen, Denmark. |
