Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron, Charles was an Accounting Analyst in the Media and Telecommunications sector with Moody's Investors Service. Previously, Charles was a Manager in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice with Deloitte & Touche LLP. While there, he served publicly traded and privately held companies.
Charles' key expertise includes strong technical and management experience in public accounting and non bank finance with public and private media, technology, and telecommunications companies including:

Audit
Managed day-to-day administration of assurance services provided to significant audit clients. Executed complex, multiphase engagements so as to meet firm objectives while exceeding client expectations.
Advised client management on interpretation of complex GAAP and SEC accounting issues including responses to SEC comment letters.
Reviewed form and content of SEC Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and registration statements for compliance with GAAP, GAAS, SEC and firm quality guidelines.
