Mr. Koch age 59 was elected to our Board of Directors in August 2005. Mr. Koch is the Chairman of the board of Charter One Bank N.A. Vice Chairman of the board of Citizens Financial Group and on the board of directors of The Royal Bank of Scotland. Prior to the sale of Charter One Bank to The Royal Bank of Scotland Mr. Koch was Chairman President and Chief Executive Officer of Charter One Financial Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Charter One Bank N.A. Mr. Koch has been a member of Charter One Bank's board of directors since 1973. He was elected President and Chief Operating Officer in 1980 President and Chief Executive Officer in 1988 and Chairman President and Chief Executive Officer in 1995. Mr. Koch is currently Chairman of the board of directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. Mr. Koch is the Chairman of the board of John Carroll University and a trustee of Case Western Reserve University.
