As the Senior Vice President of Systems Development and Enterprise Architecture of PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., Charles J. Chuck Starkovich oversees the day-to-day operation of the technology systems for the U. S. mortgage insurance company, including the design and execution of hardware and software initiatives. Starkovich is responsible for facilitating the continuing development of the company’s strategic technology direction.
Starkovich joined PMI in 1994, and has held positions as Director or Operations, Assistant Vice President of Software Development, and Vice President of Software Development and Electronic Commerce, respectively.
Starkovich has over 29 years of experience in information technology and management, the majority of which has been focused in mortgage banking and finance. He is also an entrepreneur who successfully ran a company for thirteen years that developed and implemented software systems for mortgage lending institutions.
