Charles H. Hackman is a manager director and chief credit officer of NCB. He is a president of NCB Capital Corporation, and president of NCB Financial Corporation. He also oversees NCB’s governmental affairs activities. In addition, Mr. Hackman is a board member of the wholly owned subsidiary, NCB, FSB and oversees NCB's government affairs.
Mr. Hackman joined NCB in 1984 as corporate vice president. Prior to joining NCB, he was vice president at Equitable Bank in Baltimore, Maryland.
Mr. Hackman has served as president of the Chesapeake Chapter of the Risk Management Association. He was president of the University of Baltimore Alumni Association and a member of the Chancellor's Advisory Board of the University System of Maryland.
He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Baltimore and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University.
