Charles has more than 15 years of experience in the accounting and finance profession, spending the last seven in senior financial positions within the technology industry. Prior to that, Charles spent three years as the North American Finance Manager for Scapa Group, Inc, a $1 billion international manufacturer of specialty products to the paper industry. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP providing audit and business advisory services to national and international corporations in the technology, pharmaceutical, banking, healthcare and manufacturing industries. His experience includes initial public offerings, private equity financing, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and treasury management. Charles is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from East Carolina University. |
