Experience: Chapin has over 29 years of public accounting experience. He is an Audit partner who deals with the Wholesale/Distribution, Manufacturing, Transportation, Insurance, and Service industries. Much of his work has been in compliance and planning issues, especially inventory and accounts receivable valuation, internal controls over cash collections, purchasing and inventory functions, and tax planning related to these issues. He heads the firm’s Asset-Based Lending outsource services, where we assist banks in evaluating loan customers and the collateral that secures their loan. Chapin works closely with the owners of small-to-medium sized business clients, consulting with them on a wide range of financial issues.
